Comments:

Ten meters dead here too.  Worked an IK9 on 15 an hour before the test, but the
band declined rapidly.  Pretty much dead after 2 hours.  Low bands OK with high
static levels, but still able to do OK.

Fixed a few things that slowed us down in the CW test, so was able to focus on
operating and mults rather than fighting with the computer.

new mult.
