[SCCC] Propagation for NAQP SSB

For the CW and RTTY weekends of the naqp, solar flux was at 
70. As far as I could tell, there were no F-layer openings 
anywhere from here on 15 meters. I got killed on both modes.

According to the Weekly Propagation Forecast, 
http://www.sec.noaa.gov/weekly/index.html , solar flux for 
this coming weekend is supposed to be 90. At this time of 
year, that level, if it indeed occurs, is adequate for 
F-layer propagation to at least some of the USA on 15. 15 is 
a critical band from out here. So, maybe there is hope for 
this weekend after all.

Think positively!! UP with SUNSPOTS!!

Also:
DOWN with SPORADIC-E!! (favors east coast)
DOWN with MONSOON THUNDERSTORMS!! (but the forecast is not 
looking good)
DOWN with HIGH ABSORPTION ON 80/160!! (but ya never really 
know until the last two hours)
