New antennas are working great. Running 100 watts works on the all bands except 80 meters.
Inverted V - hears good - but no luck working anyone on RTTY.

Comments:
Ok, 100 watts not so good.
Did OK in the NAQP SSB in Jan., were most everyone was running 100 watts.
Not so in NA Sprint. Lots of high power running around.
However, still loved the action. Was great watching N7TR and others work their magic.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another Contest: Winter 10-10 SSB
111 QSO's = 198 points.
Was nice to see some action on 10 meters.
Band was open for 3 hours or so. Mostly short skip -- MT, ID, OR, WA. Some TX and FL
----------------------------------------------
The next contest: CQ RTTY WPX Contest - with poor bands conditions - will be working mostly USA Q's.
Back to the Elk's Lodge with the KW.

Some notes on the SteppIR 4 el (6-20 meters).
During Monday's wind: the U-bolts didn't hold the antenna from moving 45 degrees counter-clock wise.
The Antenna is working great. At 80 feets, I am working everything I hear. (with 100 watts).
Will be looking forward to working the pile-ups on the 3Y.
