[SCCC] Lathe Job??

Can anyone out there with access to a metal lathe help 
me cut a small diameter step (~.005") in the outside 
surface (~12" along the length of a ~24" long piece) of  
1.75" O.D. x 0.125" wall 6061-T6 aluminum tubing? I need
to have the piece cut before the 26th of this month, but
preferably sooner. I am modifiying my portable 160 meter 
antenna for the CQ 160 contest at the end of the month.
I need to shave off enough meat so that the 1.75" O.D. 
splice piece will slide into the inner diameter of a 2" O.D. 
1/8" wall piece without binding.
