[SCCC] Which station for higher score

Need advice about antennas.

I have two stations that I can use -- for 15 and 20 meters    

1)  KT34A @ 30 feet - with 1500 watt amp.

2)  4 el SteppeIR at 80 feet -- 100 watts  (at this time - I do not want to run higher power at home QTH)

Which station would give you the highest DX scores ??
