[SCCC] Wall Transformers and Low Power Line Voltage

Art, thanks for mentioning this. Last night, I noticed that the output from
my 500W solid state linear was only 450 W or so - at full input. I checked
the line voltage, the likely cause, and it was 110 VAC, which I believe is a

I have the opposite problem the past three days, I have 140v on my mains!
