Ham Radio Features and Inclusions


Four Rohn towers fully approved and in place.  One 190' Rohn 55G
Rotating Tower and two Rohn 45G (one 165' and one 85') and one
105' Rohn 25G tower all utilizing Phillystran guys and hardware.
Each tower has a variety of HF antennas in place.  Some 23 antennas
in total.  Antennas include 10-15-20m stacks as well as stacked full
sized 40m Yagis on 50' booms.  Various Tri-banders and wire 4-Squares
for 80 and 160m also included.

All antennas are fed by buried hardline coaxial cable.  All feed lines
terminate outside the radio room wall into a switching matrix controllable
from inside the shack.

Highlight of this remote radio QTH is the lack of man-made noise as
well as no TVI, Stereo, BCI, Garage door opener interference etc.
No one pounding on the door or calling you in the middle of the night
complaining about your radio activities!  Total freedom plus peace and
quiet!

Summer climate is magnificent.  Warm and dry.  Winters are extra
peaceful and quiet.  Only 11" of annual rainfall in this dry, low humidity
high desert climate.  Rust or corrosion does not exist!  Elevation is 3200 
feet.

A 23' Bayliner V6 inboard deck/ski boat could be negotiated into the

4WD tractor with front loader and rear mounted box grader.

interested.

Also available separately are two Yaesu FT-1000 Mk 5's, an ACOM
2000A auto tune amplifier and a Henry 8k auto tune brute of an amplifier
using a 3CX3000A tube.  Station designed for full SO2R operation.
