[SCCC] CQP CQ for little pistol

I think what works best is to have TEST at the end. 
CQ CQ TEST K6GEP K6GEP TEST

CQP will fill the bands and you are a '6' so CQP is given...

Exchange:   <HIS CALL> # ORAN BK is FB  If your program allows,
                   speed up the BK by about 5-6 WPM.  Don't forget the
                   command in the string to slow the speed back to normal...
