I have the revised text files for new CQP county designators for NA 
program users.  They seem to work fine.  You have to type the new 
designator if someone sends you the old designator.  With a cheat 
sheet nearby, it should be easy to convert an old one in your head 
before typing, since there are only a few exceptions to the "first 
four letter" rule.

If I can get the file reconstructed to allow typing EITHER old or new 
designators, I will post another message.
