[SCCC] N3JFP software CQP info

Yes, the N3FJP software was updated for the new CQP multiplier abbreviations
a couple months ago.  This is documented on the CQP web site on the Software
web page for many of the common logging software.  Refer to that page for
the latest status on each program.
