[SCCC] CQP CQ for little pistol

Thanks for all of the responses that many of you left here and to me in 
email.

I guess since contesting is an art and not a science, everyone seems to have
their own style.  The general consensus was to keep it short, but to have
something like TEST or CQP after the callsign.

I hope to work everyone during CQP.  Remember there is a practice at 0230Z
tonight.
