[SCCC] 2006 CQP

I just double checked to make sure but sri u r NIL for me.  I got mixed 
up with the rules that there is no such categories as CW only or SSB 
only, just mixed, or I would have been on CW also.  Pulling some of the 
CA stations out of the noise or flutter was worse than working the 3Y0X 
or K7C DXpeditions!  San Diego was really hard to work from here on 20.  
Just too close.
