What happened that made you think the e-mail address at ncjweb.com doesn't 
work?

The preferred method of submitting logs is via the web form as specified in 
the rules. You can still e-mail your log to ssbsprint at ncjweb.com, but logs 
submitted in this fashion are handled manually as time permits. My 
suggestion is use the web form - you'll get immediate confirmation and your 
call will appear in the logs received list. When you e-mail your log, it 
gets submitted via the same web form, but you have to wait for someone else 
to do it.
