Club: Southern California Contest Club

Comments:     20 meters only this round.   Happy with the 79 countries.  Some Eu on Sat. morning, only 6 Eu on Sunday morning.

Used a friend's ICOM IC-7800.    Was able to hear several stations that the my FT-1000mp didn't hear.  Larry, K6YUI was 
listening to me, and stated that several stations that I worked where not copyable at his QTH.

My friend wants to sell his IC-7800 for $8500.  But, I could buy three used Pro III's for the same money. 
Haven't used a Pro III yet.  Don't know how it would stack up against my FT-1000mp.

Any suggestions on the Pro III  vs FT-1000mp??

Antenna:  SteppIR 4 element at 87 feet.   87A amp.  WriteLog, MMTTY, Digi Keyer interface.
