Comments:

There is definitely a trick to running QRP in this contest. I sure
wish I knew
that trick!

Actually I learned a lot, mostly from doing the wrong things. I need
to manage
my off-times better. My lowest rate was during the last two hours of
the
contest, and I should have taken time off then. Also, I found myself
spending
way too much time trying to bust pile-ups with 5 watts.

Anyway, I sure had a good time and set a goal to beat next February.
It was
also pretty cool being on a team for the first time. It makes you
want to work
a little harder.

The rig was a K2 at 5 watts. Antenna was vertical on 20/15 and 150'
sloper for
80/40. I need an antenna for 160 and will be working on that soon.
Logging was
with Writelog 10.32.

73,

John, WA6L
