This seems to be a contest meant for limited participation by a few friends 
and fellow NCCC members - no announcement on CQ-Contest, no announcements 
to contest calendars. It also happens to be at the same time as the monthly 
NAQCC Straight Key/Bug Sprint (0130-0330).
