What a shock.... I had known him as a good friend
ever since 1972 at the old SCXDC meetings . I
admired his contesting skills; enjoyed his quick
wit and benefited from his sage advise.
In recent years he shared with me his experiences
as one also caring for a spouse who was slowly
dying of cancer. It made it an easier process for
me. He recently remarried and I know he was
looking forward to a bright new future.
