[SCCC] Helium balloon source?

Kurt,

Look at weather balloons.There should dealers in the LA area or on 
the web. They are a lot smaller, very rugged and plenty big enough to 
lift the wire. If one doesn't do two should. They are considered an 
expendable and you might find a bargain like we did in Houston (for 
4) two years ago. The tank of helium might be the big expense.
