When one of the PSK/QRP Freq Police sends me a msg that 7.040
is for PSK/QRK I send them this:
http://www.arrl.org/FandES/field/regulations/bandplan.html
Thats the ARRL band band plan and clearly states 7.040 for RTTY.
I program that URL in one of the MMTTY memories and blast em
back....
Of course, when I'm operating PSK or QRP I tell the RTTY stations
to 'Get Off My Freq'.....
