[SCCC] CQWW SSB Propagation

I forgot that attachments don't forward.  This is from the propagation oracle 
at the YCCC.

Monday's space weather update:

The coronal hole responsible for messing up propagation during the 
CQWW RTTY contest is back. It can be seen here 
(<http://www.solarmonitor.org/index.php?date=20071022>) as the dark 
patch near the central meridian of the Solar disc in the lower row of images.

Transit time for the high speed solar wind stream from a hole like 
this is nominally two and a half days. So we should expect to see a 
period of elevated K indices starting around Wednesday evening (00Z 
on the 25th, +/- 12h).

If this high speed solar wind then blows on by within 24 to 48 hours 
(which it should), propagation over the SSB contest weekend will not 
be negatively effected as they were four weeks ago for RTTY.
