OK, folks, especially those with the following questions ...
1. The rules for the practice are the 2009 ARRL RTTY Round-Up rules as
published on the ARRL web site. No dupes as we often do in the NS Sprint.
The point here is to check out our software, hardware and brains in the
Round-Up environment. This is also training for those new to RTTY.
2. Recommended frequencies are +/- 10 kHz from: 28080, 21080, 14080, 7050
and 3580. 40 and 80 will obviously be most productive for QSOs around North
America, but local ground wave will work on 10-20. Please avoid QRMing
PSK31 activity that is typically around 70 kHz up from the bottom of the
band.
