[SCCC] Logging Software

That's one plus with DXBase. I believe they use a Microsoft Access
database structure. I've got around 9600 qsos loaded in mine and
there is no noticeable latency (1.5 GHz Athlon CPU - 1GB RAM).

Breaking logs into year-by-year blocks might make award tracking
(DXCC/WAZ) kind of stuff cumbersome.
