[SCCC] [GMCC] Intentional QRM

Rick thanks for the support. It's been 2 days since my debacle with J5C 
on 80 (having to suck up 5 minutes of his time, 3 QSO's and still not 
having a good Q), and I'm still steaming about it. Enough to keep going. 
The email so far is 10 supporters for every other opinion. The other 
opinions I take as coming from incessant callers.

On your note about call areas, that has been controversial ever since 
I've chased DX, 50 years next year. Some do some dont. It is very hard 
to tell these days who is where. Take me, a 6 in zero land (Colorado). 
When do I call?? So we have to be cautious about that. I think it has 
more impact on SSB than CW. On my DXpedition I worked whoever was 
louder, except for Europe I had to ask rest of world to stand by.
