[SCCC] More on N6MM, Harvey Hetland SK

In attempting to learn more about Harvey's passing I contacted the
LAWheelmen, his cycling club, and received the following response
which includes information on the memorial service next Thursday. I
expect the amateur radio community will also be well represented.
