I have just discovered that the ARRL is offering the book "W6AM Amateur 
Radio's Pioneer" for sale.  The book, written by Jan Perkins N6AW, 
chronicles the life of Don Wallace.  It's an amazing book and I highly 
recommend it to anyone interested in the history of amateur radio.  The book 
is 243 pages (plus appendices) and definitely NOT light reading!  I finished 
reading it this morning over breakfast, and truth be told, I'm a little 
sorry to be finished with it. I enjoyed it immensely.
