For those who remember Hashafisti Scratchi from CQ Magazine (and from the 
old Radio Magazine from before World War II) the fellow who wrote the 
articles died on 22 November 2008. It is now known that the author was 
George H. Floyd, Jr., WA4DGA (ex-W2RYT), of Lynchburg, Virginia.
