[SCCC] jidx log submission

I don't have a JIDX log to submit, but there are specific instructions for log submittal at the following link:
http://www.jidx.org/jidxelog-e.html

The subject of e-mail must be: JIDX K6NA  (for example)

is rejecting my log submittal.

     User unknown, not local address (in reply to RCPT TO command)... etc.

Anyone else having this problem?
