[SCCC] Fwd: SCCC Plaque

Message received from Mike, W9RE thanking SCCC for sponsoring the NAQP plaque.

The comment about 'the harness' refers to the fact that Mike 
purchased a particular tower climber's harness about a year ago, 
following my recommendation, and is happy with the result.

Which reminds me-- if someone has been wondering about switching from 
lineman's belt to a full harness setup, let me know off-reflector and 
I will give you the summary of my research and results.
