Comments: Limited time but good time! 20 sounded pretty dead by the time I
got on a little after 0100Z - so
I just jumped down to 80 to see if the band was open and snagged VE1DX on my
1st Q - so thought there might
still be some joy left! 80 was pretty long about 0100 so after playing the
band for about 45 min I migrated up
to 40 and tried to settle in and do a little running after S&Ping across the
band. Had a some success but then went
back to 80 for a bit before gg to 160 around 0400. Being I am pretty new to
160 I wasn't sure how or when
or what to expect but I kept coming back and was glad to end up with 10
mults - couldn't work all I heard on
160 but guess thats not too unusual since I couldn't work all I heard on
other bands either - missed VE2XAA
on 80 even after calling multiple times - on more than one occasion. Oh
well...that is what makes this
fun - the challenge! Good to heard several SCCC sigs - hope all had
fun. GL and see you in the next one.
