The major sponsors are considering a new contest format that handicaps scores based on the computer program used during the contest.

Mulipliers:

Paper and pencil log  = 1.0

Previous log submittals are being analyzed to determine the percentage of contacts made BY THE OPERATOR vs the PROGRAM and multipliers will follow.

Expect something like 0.1 for TR and N1MM, maybe 0.95 for MixW hi hi
