Comments:

Decided to see what I could do from my home QTH, with barefoot Yaesu
FT-897D (90 Watts) & GAP Eagle vertical antenna.  I was pleasantly
surprised, at least on 20 m.  I was even able to work a couple of
stations that had pile-ups.  40 m was another story - had to
specifically look for stations who had no-one answering them.  Then I
was heard.  Only put in about a half hour on 40 m, though.

This was the first occasion where I used the microphone at the home
location; all else up until now has been CW.  Also note, I am now on
page 4 of my log.
