[SCCC] YCCC SO2R+ controller Group Purchase

I just heard from Dennis W1UE of YCCC that kitting for this project is
progressing and should ship early September. He still has a few additional
kits available due to some cancellations and will take orders if anyone
needs the kit at this time.
