[SCCC] ARRL Propagation Charts for 10m Test

The ARRL still publishes propagation charts for HF propagation from west coast to various parts of the world (attached).

Since the SFI is back near 90, these charts are useful for telling you when and in what direction to look for potential 10m openings during the 10m test. I used a colored marker pen to fill in under the curves where propagation MUF is shown to exceed 28 MHz, then convert those UTC time spans to local, then make a list of local times during the day showing timespan (e.g., 8am-4pm) when the 28 MHz MUF is there, the target area, and a beam heading to that area. Makes a good quick reference guide throughout the day instead of swinging the beam wildly looking for openings (which you will have to do for meteor scatter openings anyway).
