[SCCC] Mark V field won't transmit or gets locked

Before sending it out for repair, try disconnecting everything
except the power cord and do a master reset.

I don't own any Yaesu radios, but Google says:

[SUB(CE)] + [29(0)] + [ENT] + POWER on: CPU master reset for all
memories and menu setting.
