Thanks to all who sent me suggestions.
So far I'm lucky. I ran the rig yesterday during NAQP, with Microham, and few other things and it did not suffer from any problems. I also think there was a setting on the Microham that was causing the rig to be placed into Tx mode by the PC.
It all seems good now, I'm happy again.
