[SCCC] Tornado and Waterspout Warning for SD and Orange Counties

We got an EAS alert on radio and TV here in San Diego warning about this. I 
just got home and am checking the news, but did we in fact get a tornado in 
So Cal today?  High winds here did the expected damage: power outages, 
downed trees, and in general, made a royal mess of things.
