Club: Southern California Contest Club

Comments: Finally got started about 8 hrs into contest... and quite
about 11PM Sat evening.

Got too tired to keep plodding.  Was fun to hear the bands perk up a
little...but was
surprised I didn't hear more on 15 and next to zip on 10 since the SFI
was up...those
bands may have been better a little earlier in the day.  Was wondering
if I would ever

hear/work any of the WRTC guys...until they started coming through on
20 - worked
several of them on cw and a few on ssb.  Always fun to be in the seat
in a contest...
never know how it will come down until it happens...guess that is part
of what keeps

us coming back along with trying out any new toys..hi.  73 until next
