Comments:
Band conditions not that great.  Very few Euros and Africans heard here on 
the low dipoles.  Alternated operating inside and getting outside to enjoy 
the super weather!

Noticed at QSO #147 that my logging software had the UTC offset off by one 
hour (forgot to correct for Daylight Savings!).  And post contest, it 
exported all contacts to Cabrillo as year 2000.  Sheesh!  (Yes, my PC clock 
is set correctly.)  Hmmm, might be a good thing to be ten years younger!

As a side note, since I was operating just for fun and to boost the SCCC 
score, I tried to avoid working NCCC stations.  As far as I know, only one 
made it to my log.  He answered my CQ Test.
