[SCCC] W6YLZ is #1 in limited rover again!

I just looked at the results database for the 
August UHF contest again and realized that 
W6YLZ has the top limited rover score in the 
country by a huge margin over runner-up K9JK.
It's like 83K to 20K!  This is Miguel's second 
consecutive #1 score in the UHF contest's limited 
rover category (222, 432, 902 and 1296 only) and 
his umpteenth #1 score when you count all contests 
and all categories.

Congratulations, Miguel, and I apologize for not 
including this in the original note about SCCC's 
very successful entry in the 2010 UHF contest.
