I worked 344 Q's mostly on 20 and 15 because on 40 I had a S9 noise level  
that came on at dusk and went off at dawn -- and on CW, 40 is usually a 
money  band for me.  The noise sounded like you were standing in a wind  tunnel. 
 Nice to see 10 meters open a bit but I had a tough time with South  
America on Saturday, but not so much on Sunday.  My score was abut 185 K,  which 
I'm happy with, especially since I really couldn't operate on 40, at  all.  I 
had about the same number of Q's on 40 as I had on 10.
 
So now I've got the find the noise.  Sigh.
