[SCCC] CQP -CW only - WN6K

Nice work, especially for a single mode only entry! I spent a bit of time on
15m Sunday too. I may have stayed on 40m a little to late Sunday morning. I
was excited to see 15m open so early, but by the 1700Z it was noisy with
long CQ's on this end also.
