This is very sad news.  Frank had remarkable energy for someone even half his age.  He radiated a joy for Ham Radio that was infectious.  He took what others could only imagine and turned them into reality.  The Visalia DX Convention will not be the same without him.

  I am very upset to have to report that I just received a phone call from Frank's step son. Frank was involved in a roll over traffic accident last night on HWY 46 and did not survive. RIP
