What Permit? What Inspection?  :)

Photos 14 and 16 show the rebar cage. The top section is part of a welded
base that Tashjian sent to me. The plans then called for me to tie on the
lower half of the cage. It's all to the plans that Tri-Ex, now Tashjian
Towers put out and the city signed off on.
