Comments:

August NAQP is seldom as good as January, but this one was a real loser.  The
west coast seemed to be in a black hole.  I could hear stations W0 and beyond
working lots of inaudible eastern stations.  Didn't really get much better
until about 23Z.  Hopefully January NAQP won't have a solar flare the day
before!
