I am the P sorter for the W6 QSL Bureau.  I just got my Jan QST and  Peter 
Flusser, W6PBF, is listed as a Silent Key.  I just sent a large  packet of 
cards to his address two weeks ago.  If anyone knows anything  about this 
listing, please e-mail me privately.  I met him in Visalia two  years ago and 
he has been very active as evidenced by the number of cards I get  for him.
