Comments:

True to form here at the ranch I decided to rebuild the VHF antenna array
the
day before the contest. No worries though ~ Paul came over on the morning of
the test to help me finish it up. Slow off the line as the FT-847 was having
CAT fits but somehow we got it to talk to the computer. Missed some good
openings as we had big noise in the 60° to 90° headings. This time around we
had a 220 rig to round out our limited station, got a whooping four grids on
that band! Paul did the majority of the operating as I was in the midst of
stuffing an engine in my truck...
