[SCCC] XE2MX needs to share a room if you are looking for roomate

Wow, how things change in 10 years, which is the last time that I 
attended the DX Convention in Visalia.
I had no trouble getting a room reservation a month or so in advance, 
but we didn't stay at the Holiday Inn.
We prefer to be more downtown Visalia, for the variety of restaurants.
