[SCCC] Formation of NCCC

Forgive me for living under a rock for my 3+ decades of contesting but I just stumbled on this interesting web page written by Jim, N6TJ, whom I've always considered a dyed in the wool SCCCer. Little did I know that Jim was instrumental in the formation of the famed NCCC!

I also did not know that Jim lived in ZD8 for a while. I knew that he operated there several years but not that he lived there. Wonder what prompted that.
