Easy Solution to proposed expeditions to hostile QTHs

We license and train Seal Team Six for  Amateur DX-peditions

All Pile-up Police, Jammers, Stations calling out of rotation, those calling
while the
expedition op is transmitting, those forgetting to set the Split button and
Italians
who will not follow instructions to not transmit, will be buried at sea

NCDXC and direct donation from amateur radio clubs will get quite a return
on the investment
and latest armed forces transport can be used for insertion and extraction
of expedition personnel and equipment

You see now ... a very simple and elegant solution

P.S. Considering the amount of money wasted by the morons in Washington, and
the 14 Trillion dallar deficit,
 the cost of funding these expeditions would be chump change !
