[SCCC] SCCC NAQP SSB AUG Teams

The August NAQP SSB begins August 18th at 1800 UTC. If you are interested
in joining a team please respond to me with approximate time of operation
and if you will be operating away from home.

Last year our SCCC #1 took second place with only four operators sending in
logs. SCCC #2 took 21st place.
